We help engineering teams get Claude systems past the demo. In our experience the model is rarely what holds a project back. The integration, safety, evaluation and ownership around it usually are, and that is where we work.

what we do

We run three kinds of engagement. Assess is the natural way in.

  • Assess: decide what to build and why, before any code is written.
  • Build: take a system through to production, with evals and a safety review built in.
  • Enable: set up a shared Claude Code baseline so your team can run what we built without us.

We work with AI and platform engineers, solution architects, and the technical leads who have to answer for a system once it is live.

how we work

  • We’ll tell you when not to build. Sometimes the right answer is a simpler workflow, a person in the loop, or no AI for that step at all.
  • Evals come before production. Nothing ships without evals that pass and a safety review, even when that is slower.
  • We hand over, not hang on. Every engagement ends with an internal owner who can run the system. We train that person rather than becoming the dependency.

why we publish

Our articles, reference architectures and certification study hubs are free and need no account. They cover what we would otherwise explain on a first call, so you can judge how we think before you talk to us.

We hold Claude credentials issued by Anthropic alongside AWS certifications in security, DevOps and AI. Each one links to its public record on Credly.
